Human Evolution Timeline

Human evolution timeline starts from the point when our soul atman... the spirit within has already manifested 7.3 million forms in insect, plant and animal form! In human form we have maximum of 1.1 million manifestations for human beings to reach stage of enlightenment (kaivalya jnana) and finally salvation (moksha)!

As per sacred Bhagavad Gita of Hinduism the present journey of life belongs to our soul atman... the spirit within and never the manifest human form! The form of a human being is but a temporary sojourn in the entire lifespan of a soul atman that consisted of 8.4 million manifestations entailing an earthly journey of 96.4 million years.

Evolution is the crux of cosmic life. Based on residual balance of karma of that moment... human beings further evolved to higher levels of life! In one manifestation... one could be born a laborer... in another... a Prince! What form our soul atman manifests is directly dependent upon the residual balance of karma at the time of death of body.

Human evolution never occurred by chance... just as mangoes cannot grow on a guava tree! As we indulged... accordingly precipitated our karma! It is only by indulging in good karma... positive karma human beings finally manifested destiny... evolved to highest stage of life... the stage of enlightenment (kaivalya jnana)... also termed self realization... God realization!

Human beings did not evolve from animal or plant life! As the journey of life always belonged to our soul atman... it is an absolute fact of life that before manifesting human form for the first time... our soul atman had already manifested 7.3 million bodies in insect, plant and animal form! The human form is the highest manifest stage in cosmic life cycle.

It is only in human form our soul atman... the spirit within finally liberated self from cycle of birth and death forever when human beings reached stage of enlightenment (kaivalya jnana) and finally salvation (moksha)! Travelling spiritual path... reaching stage of enlightenment is the ultimate goal of life for every human being!

Every form of life... insect life, plant life, animal life and form of human beings is independent of each other! Based on residual balance of karma at the time of death of body... our soul atman manifested a new form! As stated in Bhagavad Gita... if human beings indulged in genocide like Hitler... it is quite possible that the whole evolution process got reverted.

During the time of Hitler... millions of Jews were annihilated in gas chambers! For precipitating such an atrocity... the soul atman of Hitler after death of Hitler could not have manifested a human form. The soul atman of Hitler would have definitely manifested form of an animal in next manifestation! Jainism also believes in this fact of life.

As stipulated in Christianity... the whole world was not created by God Almighty in seven days! It took billions of years for life supporting planets like mother earth to evolve. No sooner life supporting planets like mother earth became a reality... souls atmans immediately started manifesting life on mother earth!

The first manifestation by our soul atman was the form of an amoeba (single cell formation)! It further evolved into multi-cell formation... then insect life, plant life, animal life and finally forms of human beings! After manifesting human form... every human being had the privilege to reach stage of enlightenment in that very life... i.e. reaching 8.4 millionth manifestation!

This became possible by travelling spiritual path. By establishing absolute control over five senses and mind... by practising absolute celibacy for a period of 12 years in continuation... human beings finally awakened their kundalini shakti fully. The full opening of kundalini resulted in opening of Sahasra Pushpa (thousand petaled Lotus) existing in our brain behind forehead.

One immediately gained enlightenment... became knower of all... gained omniscience for all practical purposes! After reaching stage of enlightenment... the journey of evolution finally came to an end. Our soul atman having become pure forever... the need for the soul atman to manifest karma... cleanse itself of dross impurities within now ceased to exist!

Both karma and evolution form integral part of cosmic life! In absence of one... the other could not sustain! In absence of both... the whole cosmic system could not sustain!

Evolution of man has occurred gradually... prime reason why God Almighty ordained a long journey of 12.4 million years involving 1.1 million manifestations for human beings to reach stage of enlightenment and salvation!

As per Bhagavad Gita it is also a fact of life that big bang theory is intimately connected to human evolution! It is only when God Almighty (termed Brahman in Hinduism) exploded self with a big bang... the present cosmos came into being! The big bang occurrence resulted in all pure souls atmans scattering all over cosmos at unimaginable speeds.

In the melee... hurtling souls atmans gathered impurities similar as a rolling ball gathers moss! To cleanse self of dross impurities within starts cosmic life cycle of every soul atman. It is through stages of insect, plant, animal and human form... journey of life for soul atman finally comes to an end! The evolution theory directly confirmed existence of God Almighty... termed Brahman in Hinduism!

The evolution of man... the precepts of evolution theory... big bang theory... definition of God Almighty... meaning of soul atman... doctrine of dharma... meaning of karma... all is detailed in sacred Bhagavad Gita of Hinduism in explicit detail! By assimilating pearls of wisdom contained in Bhagavad Gita... any human being world over could realize God... reach end of cosmic life!

The existence of intelligent life on mother earth is hardly 10,000 years old! About 3600 years before now came Lord Krishna... an avatar of his era (God manifest in human form)... one who gave the doctrine of Bhagavad Gita to mankind! About 1500 years earlier to Lord Krishna came Vedas (Hinduism revelations)!

About 3500 to 5000 years earlier to Vedas came Rama... maryada Purushottam Rama on whom the entire epic Ramayana is based! The coming of Rama is not more than 8500 to 10,000 years before now! These were the initial stages of life when spirituality had not yet evolved! Complete life world over was based on religion that involved rituals... sacrifices galore!
