Kundalini Yoga meditation is the best form of meditation that could ever be indulged by human beings! Kundalini yoga meditation could not be indulged directly. For awakening kundalini shakti... the most potent of all cosmic energies existing within our body... one needs travelling spiritual path... the path of unknown!

Kundalini awakening simply meant transmuting sexual energies towards their logical end! Every month... year after year God Almighty ordained a particular quota of sexual energy provided to every man and woman! Some whiled it away through pure physical channels... others transmuted it towards the only goal of life... the goal of reaching God Almighty in present life time!

Sexual energy is the most vital energy... also termed prana energy that was made available to mankind by grace of God Almighty! By activating kundalini chakras... the seven chakras that existed in human spine... human beings finally reached cosmic end of life... 8.4 millionth manifestation... when human beings gained enlightenment (kaivalya jnana)!

The ultimate purpose of kundalini awakening always remained... reaching stage of enlightenment (kaivalya)... the abode of God Almighty! Full awakening of Kundalini Shakti demanded human beings practising Brahmacharya Vrata (the art of containing sexual inhibitions)! Unless we practiced abstinence from sexual indulgence... unless we practiced absolute celibacy for a period of 12 years in continuation... awakening of kundalini always remained a dream!

Apart from practice of Brahmacharya Vrata... absolute celibacy... establishing absolute control over five senses and mind was necessitated! Establishing control over five senses and mind became possible by travelling path of jnana yoga (path of absolute wisdom) as detailed in sacred Bhagavad Gita of Hinduism!

Whatever our medium of yoga meditation... it should finally result in establishing gradually control over five senses and mind. In the present materialistic world... subduing our ego in totality (termed Aham in Hinduism) was a difficult task... prime reason why in present scientific age... in present Kali Yuga... one never reached God via path of bhakti yoga... path of religion... path of rituals!

In the present Dark Age... metal age... contemplation on God Almighty was the best form of yoga meditation! Unless we indulged in self enquiry (path of Neti... not this, not this) as preached and advocated by Maharishi Ramana... full awakening of kundalini energy never became possible! Path of self enquiry (Neti) is a gradual long drawn process!

Similar as we cannot pull stem of a plant to make it grow... expediting spiritual journey became possible only for an ardent seeker of spirituality... one the likes of Swami Vivekananda... the famous disciple shisya of Sri Ramakrishna Paramhansa! For full awakening of kundalini shakti... willpower exhibited by Swami Vivekananda was necessitated!

God Almighty ordained a long journey of 1.1 million manifestations in human form (that entailed an earthly sojourn of 12.4 million years) for full activation of chakras in the spine! The activation of energy centres existing in spine occurred slowly but for a rigid practitioner of Brahmacharya Vrata... absolute celibacy everything was possible within present life!

Kundalini meditation is best practiced by establishing absolute control over five senses and mind. Furthermore practising absolute celibacy for 12 years in continuation... human beings finally awakened their Kundalini Shakti fully... the coiled Serpentine energy lying dormant in base of spine! Sexual abstinence formed 10% of total aspect of absolute celibacy!

90% celibacy is always practiced mentally. Eradicating flow of negative thoughts to our brain in totality is what absolute celibacy... Brahmacharya Vrata is all about! Most human beings world over related practice of absolute celibacy to sexual abstinence! This was an absolute misnomer. Unless one understood definition of celibacy... meaning of celibacy in totality... one would never travel spiritual path sincerely and diligently!

Some say... kundalini can be awakened by kundalini yoga mantras! This is again an absolute misnomer. We have no mantra for awakening of kundalini shakti. Yes, for practising Brahmacharya Vrata... absolute celibacy we have celibacy mantra... practising which human beings definitely expedited their spiritual journey!

On path of pure spirituality... while indulging in kundalini yoga meditation... one never faced kundalini yoga dangers of any kind. Truly, no dangers existed on path of pure spirituality... path of kundalini meditation! Path of spirituality must always be travelled without fear of any kind. The path of spirituality is unknown yet, for a serious seeker of spirituality there is nothing to fear ever!

For raising kundalini energy up the spine... practice of Brahmacharya Vrata... absolute celibacy was necessitated! For married people... those in a sexual relationship... a maximum of two indulgences per month are permitted (one is desirable)! On path of pure celibacy not a single lapse is permitted.

Path of kundalini awakening can be followed by any... even a child five years of age! There are no pitfalls on path of kundalini awakening except facing the multi-hooded cobra head-on! When one reached this stage, we developed powers to confront this multi-hooded cobra head-on! The moment this cobra subdued forever... one experienced full awakening of Kundalini Shakti!

Full awakening of kundalini shakti finally led one to stage of absolute bliss... stage of Nirvikalpa Samadhi... stage of absolute nothingness when not a single thought entered our brain uninvoked!
