You have got it all wrong. The puny human being... though an intelligent creation of God Almighty can never be next to God Almighty. It is our soul atman within the human body that is next to God Almighty. Our soul atman is the prime master and controller of the body and not vice versa. It is not within the capability of the body to manifest a soul atman.

An individual grain of sand... a lone soul atman... the whole mound God Almighty! Furthermore, standing on the second floor of the Empire State building we cannot hope to visualize the entire New York City. We need to climb to the top to have a glimpse of the entire city. You state... you firmly believe in the existence of astral beings yet, you enquire... why?

Other than our soul atman manifesting the form of insects, plants, animals and human beings... nothing else exists in the whole of cosmic system. There is nothing like astral beings being present in the Cosmos. Yes... it is a fact of life that having gained enlightenment (kaivalya jnana) and finally salvation (moksha) the liberated soul atman finally gains entry into the kingdom of God (aka Vaikuntha in Hinduism)... a point of no return!

The souls of all liberated human beings remain in the abode of God until the dissolution of the Cosmos occurs. All impurities within removed... the purified soul need not manifest a body again! These liberated souls... the powers that be... Can be invoked by any human being on Mother Earth and seek their blessings.

In the past about 150 years only two persons have gained enlightenment amongst 6500 million people existing on Mother Earth... they were Sri Ramakrishna Paramhansa and Maharishi Ramana! Any human being with a high degree of purity... any serious seeker of spirituality can invoke the forms of Sri Ramakrishna Paramhansa and Maharishi Ramana... it is possible!

On the path to self realization, I reached a stage in life when I lifted myself to the frequency on which Lord Krishna operated and lo... the contents of the sacred Bhagavad Gita started pouring out of my mouth as if I had written the sacred Bhagavad Gita in one of my earlier manifestations.

The same experiment I conducted with Swami Vivekananda. The moment I reached the frequency of Swami Vivekananda... the lectures of Swami Vivekananda on zero started pouring out of my mouth as if I was Swami Vivekananda in one of my earlier manifestations!

To invoke or not to invoke is the sole prerogative of every human being on Mother Earth. By practicing proper Yoga meditation via the path of Shavasana and Neti... any human being can reach the stage of Nirvikalpa Samadhi following which one can have a dialogue with God Almighty on one-to-one basis and that too permanently!

It is also possible that enlightened human beings can lower themselves to the form of animals. If I invoke the frequency of a Lion... it is quite possible that I start behaving behave like a lion in present life. As we progress higher on the spiritual path... many Tantric powers can be invoked by one! To commercialize these Tantric powers absolutely depends upon the individual concerned!

Those in search of God... the true seekers of spirituality never wager themselves on assuming commercial powers that be! Sri Ramakrishna Paramhansa and Maharishi Ramana never ran after the trivialities of life... come whatever may they wanted to know and reach God... they finally succeeded in reaching the goal of their life... a one-to-one interaction with God Almighty!

In the cosmic system only three categories exist... our beloved mother earth... a life sustaining planet wherein souls' atmans manifest to cleanse themselves of the dross... impurities within! Next is Swarga (Heaven) and Naraka (hell). Heaven and hell are interim stages the life cycle of our soul atman within.

After the death of the body when matching parents are not available on Mother Earth... the freed soul hibernates in heaven or hell depending upon the residual balance of karma. If the residual balance of karma is positive... the hibernating soul finds a seat in Heaven... in hell if negative! Sooner matching parents become available on Mother Earth... the soul atman immediately manifests a new body... a new journey of physical manifest life!

Heaven and hell are intimately connected with the solar system... the source of energy on Mother Earth. Heaven is located in the centre of sun where temperatures exceed millions of degree centigrade. It is in such high temperatures the hibernating soul atman feels comfortable. Hell exists in the periphery of sun where temperatures are considerably less... it is in such low temperatures the soul suffers for eternity!

 Full text of query: After having read a number of your essays,I have a few questions for you. In many of the articles you seem to be stressing on the fact that the human being, being the highest of all maifestations, is second in the cosmic hierarchy right after God. If things are as simple as this, then can you please explain the nature, and reason for existence of "Astral beings" inhabiting the Astral planes where the advanced yogi can go during meditation?

I am still a beginner in this but I have had enough experience to understand that it is not some cock-and-bull story or some sort of hypnotic trance.These beings have various fantastic powers such as ability to materialise,clairvoyance etc. They also have emotions and can feel love,jealousy,hatred and so on.

Therefore,I am requesting you to shed some light on such beings and others like for example,the inhabitants of the Bhuta Loka and so on,as they seem to be more powerful than the average human and this leads me to believe that there exist a number of forces/powers in-between Man and God (power-wise)

Also,if the great God is (simply) another word for the sum total of all purified souls at any given point in time, then who are/what are the angels, demons, Gods of darkness(Satan,as you've mentioned)?
