Eradicate Bad Karma by Practicing Celibacy for 12 Years

 The contents of Bhagavad Gita can never be understood literally... it needs reading in between the lines! Various essays and articles existing on my website suffice for human beings to reach stage of enlightenment (kaivalya jnana) and finally salvation (moksha) in their lifetime!

The definition of karma is not clearly understood by you. Karma is not something that can be healed! We have to indulge in positive karma to remove the bad affects of negative karma from present or previous manifestations!

Karma acts as the accountant general of cosmic system... keeping record of even the minutest action undergone by every living being! Every single thought precipitates into an act of karma. Even if physical action has not been committed... thinking negative of one earns us bad karma!

To get out of clutches of karma is next to impossible. The moment our karma reduces to zero... one finally gains enlightenment (kaivalya jnana)! Negating karma to zero... practising absolute celibacy for a period of 14 years in continuation... I finally realized God in 1993 at 37 years of age!

Establishing control over five senses and mind is really difficult... more so in the present sensual and materialistic environment! Only a very ardent seeker of spirituality... one of the likes of Swami Vivekananda can achieve the impossible... accomplish this seemly impossible feat!

Traveling spiritual path is traveling razor's edge! Spiritual path is not full of thorns... it is made of thorns! Path of spirituality demands highest level of perfection that can ever be practiced by human beings.

The meaning of celibacy as understood by most world over is flawed! Abstinence from a sexual relationship alone does not constitute celibacy. The physical aspect hardly constitutes 10% of total job. 90% celibacy needs to be practiced mentally!

Eradicating the flow of negative thoughts to our brain in totality is what celibacy is all about! The moment not a single thought (positive or negative) enters our brain uninvoked... one reaches stage of Nirvikalpa samadhi... the stage of absolute nothingness!

As stated earlier every single thought precipitates an act of karma! Every second thousands of thoughts percolate to our brain uninvoked! Stopping the flow of all negative thoughts is what spirituality is all about.

Eradication of karma in totality is very difficult to practice... yet, not impossible! In the material world dominated by a bloated ego most human beings did not hear the sweet small inner voice of our soul atman that seemed to come from within our heart!

Prompted by the voice of my soul atman... that always guides us on the right path... I finally reached stage of enlightenment in 1993! Establishing control over five senses... practice of celibacy... all lead to neutralizing affects of bad karma slowly but eventually leading to gaining enlightenment (kaivalya jnana) in ones lifetime!

Celibacy mantra helps one in full awakening of Kundalini Shakti! Sexual energy is the most potent of all energies made available to mankind by grace of God Almighty! By transmuting sexual energy to more creative uses... one finally reached ultimate goal of life... the 8.4 millionth manifestation!

Every single moment of life we either earned good karma or bad karma! Indulgence in positive karma all the time always led to our neutralizing affects of bad karma of the past! What if positive residual balance of karma from the past precipitated now... we would win a lottery all of a sudden!

When bad fate befalls one all of a sudden... it also results from fructifying of bad karma from past or previous manifestations! It is in our interest all the time to indulge in positive karma! Only then can we hope of a bright future ahead!

Nothing in the system of God happens by accident. Everything results from karma performed in past! We just cannot expect mangoes to grow on a guava tree! As we sow so shall we reap says the law of karma. In the system of God there never are free lunches!

The path of spirituality in present times has to be traveled all alone! Why? In the last about 150 years amongst 7 billion people existing world over only two persons reached stage of enlightenment... Sri Ramakrishna Paramhansa and Maharishi Ramana!

To get a spiritual preceptor (spiritual guru) in present times seems out of question! A horde of religious practitioners preaching half baked theories can be seen on TV every day. Religion is not least connected to field of spirituality!

We have to dive deep into the bottomless pit of wisdom contained in Bhagavad Gita to unravel pearls of wisdom knowing which human beings finally gained enlightenment (kaivalya jnana)! Bhagavad Gita of Hinduism is one such document... one such sacred scripture knowing which human beings finally gained omniscience... became the knower of all for all practical purposes!

 Full text of query: My question rather is presently how can I heal the bad karma, and if I heard you well, you said, if one stays celibacy for 12 years starting from now, that act can assist with the replacement of bad karma.
