Prarabdha Karma - Suffering from Cancer - Thinking Positive

How could you say your wife was suffering from cancer due to Prarabdha karma? Whoever suffers from cancer in this world suffered because we had no foolproof treatment of cancer till date! Unless a medicine was discovered... people would continue to suffer from cancer.

All types of sufferings can be reduced... minimized by thinking positive all the time! This is how law of karma operates. By indulging in positive karma, good karma all the time we can reduce the negative residual balance of karma from present and previous manifestations.

If doctors say there was no remedy... it was only because no medicine had still been discovered! In the circumstances... it was in our best interest to think positive all the time. If you say... cancer of your wife resulted from negative residual balance of karma from past... that is definitely negative thinking! You must never indulge in such type of negative thinking.

Rather you must encourage your wife... give support to your wife by thinking positive all the time! Do not undermine precepts of spirituality. God made this manifest world not to hurt people. Yes, it was only through chain of happiness and sufferings... human beings evolved in life! Both of you thinking positive all the time would mean much for all.

 Full text of query: My wife is suffering from cancer due to prarabdha Karma.The doctor say they can not do much in terms treatment to relieve the pain (physical and mental). Is there any way the prarabdha karma (negative) can be neutralized to alleviate the sufferings.
